By accessing and using CleanVid, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the utility.

2. Description of Utility

CleanVid provides an in-browser utility powered by computer vision inpainting algorithms to remove watermarks, date stamps, stickers, and logos from media files. The utility is provided free of charge on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

3. User Representations & Permitted Use

You represent and warrant that you own the media you upload or have obtained all necessary licenses, permissions, and rights from the rightful copyright holder. CleanVid is designed for lawful purposes, such as cleaning up personal recordings, removing unwanted UI overlays, and editing owned content. You agree not to use the service to commit copyright infringement or bypass technological protection measures.

4. Fair Use & Rate Limiting

To preserve server availability for all users, CleanVid applies file size boundaries (up to 20MB per upload, maximum video length of 60 seconds) and automated rate limiting per IP address. Scripted, automated, or malicious exploitation of our processing endpoints is strictly prohibited.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

CleanVid disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the inpainting reconstruction will produce mathematically identical pixel restoration or that the service will operate without interruptions.
