1. Data Processing and Ephemeral Storage

At CleanVid, we value your privacy above all else. When you upload a video or image to our service, it is processed securely in temporary, isolated server memory.

We do not store, save, or archive your media. Immediately after the inpainting watermark removal process is complete and you download your file, both the uploaded original file and the processed output are permanently destroyed from our servers.

2. Information Collection

CleanVid does not require you to create an account, log in, or provide personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, billing details, or phone number.

We utilize standard, privacy-first analytics to monitor aggregated traffic patterns (e.g. page views and browser types). We also log IP addresses temporarily solely for the purpose of rate-limiting to protect our free cloud infrastructure from abuse.

3. Cloud Infrastructure & Security

Our backend processing runs on secure cloud environments. All network communications are encrypted using HTTPS (TLS 1.3). Media buffers are maintained in volatile RAM and isolated containers.

4. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect improvements to our technology and infrastructure. Any modifications will be posted here with a revised timestamp.
